Halloween with <style> Happy Hour

It’s that time of month again, the after-after-party is back and this time it happens to fall on Halloween; so lets do it with style! In between refresh meetings and right after the Start-up weekend — lets keep the excitement going. It’s a beer drinking, rant raving extravaganza – and we are putting up the first $250 in drinks again. So come early, because we drink fast! We’ll be there, so stop by, Wednesday, October 31st at 5:30ish for happy hour in DC at Old Dominion Brew House at the Convention Center.

What: Happy Hour
When: 5:30pm on Wednesday, October 31st
Where: Old Dominion Brew House (1219 9th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001)
Why: Because its fun to geek-out over beer a couple times a month

Metro: Mt Vernon Sq 7th St-Convention Center

Tell us your coming on UpComing.org.

Since it is Halloween we thought we’d spice it up a bit and offer some give-aways for those feeling adventurous enough to dress-up in costume. First place gets an iPod Shuffle, runner-up gets $50 iTunes gift card and honorable mention will leave with a print copy of Cameron Moll’s latest “Mobile Web Design”. I think it goes without saying, the more web geek related the costume, the higher chance for winning!

No panels, no organizers, no sponsors and no t-shirts – just beer with the only people in the city that really know what you do nine-to-five (and most of don’t just pretend to care). The community has been buzzing since the huge success of BarCamp, so lets keep the excitement going while still keeping it casual and fun. And yes, pitchers of soda will be flowing for the non-beer drinkers.

nclud’s after after party is our answer to keeping the fun alive. Lets keep the party going after the after party. Where doing Happy Hour, whose coming with us?
