Michael Dick nclud'ed
We are extremely proud and excited to announce the most recent member of the nclud team; Michael Dick. He is a passionate UI designer and developer who works comfortably between both front-end and back-end environments. Michael is a very talented designer and extremely passionate about web standards; truly a perfect fit for us.
Michael will be joining nclud as a Web Designer and Consultant. He transitions easily between front-end and back-end environments, thriving on moving projects from conception to launch. He has designed and developed content management systems, which he constructed from the rudimentary basics, as well as many other web applications.
We sought Michael out because he shares our passion for great designs that are complimented by code that is just as beautiful as its front-facing visual aesthetic. Michael is actually still a full-time college student in Oklahoma. He will be coming to D.C. to work with us out of our studio for about three months starting next week. While Michael is only with us for three months, we plan on keeping him a part of the team when he heads back to school in August — and hopefully convince him to move back out to D.C. after graduation.
Michael appreciates good UI design, and enjoys utilizing and studying the psychology behind it. His love for simplicity and his meticulous attention to detail set him apart from others in his field. Michael also enjoys implementing user centered design into his work, taking particular delight in the organizational aspects.
When he is not in the studio, Michael can be found playing video games, working on open source projects or blogging at his personal website, www.m1k3.net.
