We're Moving! New Studio Sneak Peak
We are growing, not just our team but our space as well. We will be saying good-bye to our old studio out by the Convention Center and will be moving into our new digs over the weekend. The new nclud studio is just north of Dupont Circle at 1808 Florida Avenue NW.
We’ve always said that our studio space was an important part of our company; we strongly believe that environment is crucial to creativity and inspiration. We thought we would share a little sneak peak at the new space. More photos will come next week once we are all moved in.
Oh yeah, and of course we will be having an open house party to break in the new studio! Probably in the first week of June.

Your second photo is breathtaking; natural light adds so much to the atmosphere and personality of the studio.
Thanks Geof! Yeah, we are pretty stoked about the openness and abundance of natural light … we love light!
Oh, wow! Very nice.
One thing that continues to impress me with nclud is the emphasis you guys put on your work environment, and the degree you go to ensure it’s ability to increase productivity and creativity.
Very impressive…love the new studio.
@Michael just needed to get a bigger studio — gotta make room for you :-)
Hey guys!
I am always impressed by the places you choose to locate your business in, really impressive. I always wonder, how it works regarding the pay? How do you guys divide the rent, for how long? (oh and feel no need to share the detailed stuff, just interested to get the general :)
I am just very curious because that’s the kind of environment I am dreaming about, but I am still way young to get into these stuff.
So a bit of tips will be much appreciated :)
Thanks,
Dor
@Dor Dan,
Well, we are an agency — so the company pays the rent and it is the profits (revenue minus expenses) that ultimately pays the rent.
And you are never too young!! I was just 25 when nclud started.
Sweet new digs. Hope I get to check it out sometime!
@Andrew anytime!
